b.涂胶：在防火板背面及基材表面均匀涂上强力胶，如果基材表面非常不平整或吸水性*，手工需上两次胶以使表面*布胶。施工时注意由于季节、气候、地区等原因。各强力胶的挥发时间都会有所不同，根据强力胶的使用建议，结合实际操作及施工备件来决定挥发时间，如：使用脱水脲醛胶和白乳胶时，需要在室温25-30度的条件下加压十二个小时以上。

c.贴板：等干到不粘手市，将防火板小心地放到基板上面，如果粘贴的面积非常大，能用木条先间隔着放在基板上面，再将防火板放到基板上，等对正后再将木条抽出，将防火板一步步地按压到基板上。然后用流滚轮或抹布用力压匀，同时避免残余的空气在里面。

C. Board pasting: when it is dry and not sticky, carefully put the fireproof board on the base plate. If the pasting area is very large, you can put the fireproof board on the base plate with wooden strips, and then put the fireproof board on the base plate. d.修正：等以上的加压工作做好了，就用修边机或10度角之刃将多余的边切去，后再用较利的锉刀将接缝锉得圆滑些。千万注意：只能向下锉，不可来回锉，以免切断面不平整光滑！多余而渗出来的胶应该用小块抹布以及溶剂清理干净。这样整个施工过程就完成了。

D. Correction: After the above pressurization work is completed, cut off the redundant edges with a trimming machine or a 10-degree angle blade, and then file the seams with a sharp file to make them smooth. e.施工环境要求:一般建议在现场施工将防火板和基板放在同一环境中48小时，湿度在45%，不宜高于80%，温度不低于18摄氏度。

E. Requirements for construction environment: It is generally recommended to put the fireproof board and base plate in the same environment for 48 hours, with the humidity of 45%, not higher than 80%, and the temperature not lower than 18 ℃.

使用限制：

Use restrictions:

1.仅限室内使用、不适合直接附于水泥、混凝土墙、石膏板上；

1. Only for indoor use, not suitable for direct attachment to cement, concrete wall and gypsum board;

2.非结构性材料、应附于合适基材上；

2. Non-structural materials shall be attached to the appropriate substrate;

3.不宜长时间置于高于135摄氏度的场所或在直射阳光暴晒。
