    造成外墙保温装饰板老化的因素有哪些?

    虽然外墙保温装饰板本身具有很好的产品性能,可以使用很久,但难免在使用时间过长后会出现一些老化现象。而这种现象会在一定程度上影响装饰板的使用效果,从而无法确保使用安全性。那么问题来了,导致板材老化的原因是什么呢?

    1、热应力:由温差变化导致的热胀冷缩,会引起外墙保温装饰板非结构构造的体积变化,从而使之始终处于一种不稳定状态,因此,热应力是高层建筑外墙外保温层主要破坏力量之一。相对于多层或平房建筑,高层建筑由于外层接受阳光照射更强,热应力更大,变形也更大,因而在保温抗裂构造设,选用保温材料应满足柔性渐变的原则,外层材料的变形能力应高于内层材料的变形能力。
    1. Thermal stress: the thermal expansion and cold contraction caused by the change of temperature difference will cause the volume change of the non structural structure of the external wall thermal insulation decorative panel, so that it is always in an unstable state. Therefore, thermal stress is one of the main destructive forces of the external wall thermal insulation layer of high-rise buildings. Compared with multi-storey or bungalow buildings, because the outer layer of high-rise buildings is more exposed to sunlight, the thermal stress is greater, and the deformation is also greater. Therefore, in the design of thermal insulation and crack resistance structure, the selection of thermal insulation materials should meet the principle of flexible gradual change, and the deformation ability of the outer material should be higher than that of the inner material.
    2、风压:一般来说正风压产生推力,负风压产生吸力,对高层建筑外保温层均会造成很大的破坏,这就要求外保温层应具备相当的抗风压能力,而且就抗风压来说,要求保温层无空腔,杜绝空气层,从而避免在风压特别是负风压状态下保温层内空气层的体积膨胀而造成对保温层的破坏。
    2. Wind pressure: Generally speaking, the positive wind pressure produces thrust, and the negative wind pressure produces suction, which will cause great damage to the external insulation layer of high-rise buildings. This requires that the external insulation layer should have considerable wind pressure resistance capacity, and in terms of wind pressure resistance, the insulation layer should have no cavity to eliminate the air layer, So as to avoid the damage to the insulation layer caused by the volume expansion of the air layer in the insulation layer under the wind pressure, especially the negative wind pressure.

    3、地震力:地震力会导致高层建筑结构和保温面层的挤压、剪切或扭曲变形,而保温面层的刚性越大,承受的地震力就越大,引起的破坏就可能越严重。这就要求高层建筑外墙外保温材料在有相当附着力的前提下,应该满足柔性渐变的原则,以分散和消纳地震应力,尽量减轻保温层表面的荷载,防止在地震力的影响下保温层出现大面积开裂、剥离甚至脱落。
    3. Seismic force: seismic force will lead to extrusion, shear or distortion of high-rise building structure and thermal insulation surface. The greater the rigidity of thermal insulation surface, the greater the seismic force, and the more serious the damage. This requires that the high-rise building exterior insulation materials should meet the principle of flexible gradual change under the premise of considerable adhesion, so as to disperse and absorb the seismic stress, reduce the load on the surface of the insulation layer as far as possible, and prevent the insulation layer from cracking, peeling or even falling off in a large area under the influence of seismic force.
    4、水或水蒸汽:为避免水或水蒸汽对高层建筑的破坏,应选用防水性好、水蒸汽渗透性好的外保温材料,避免水或水蒸汽在迁移过程中出现墙体结露或者保温层内部含水率增高的现象,能够提高高层建筑外保温层的耐雨水侵蚀以及抗冻融能力。
    4. Water or steam: in order to avoid the damage of water or steam to high-rise buildings, the external thermal insulation materials with good waterproof and water vapor permeability should be selected to avoid the condensation of water or steam on the wall or the increase of moisture content in the insulation layer during the migration process, which can improve the rain water erosion resistance and freeze-thaw resistance of the external thermal insulation layer of high-rise buildings.
    5、火灾:高层建筑比多层建筑的防火等级要求更高,高层建筑的保温层应该具有更好的抗火灾功能,并应具有在火灾情况下防止火灾蔓延和防止释放烟尘或有毒气体的特性,材料强度和体积也不能损失降低过多,面层应该无爆裂、无塌落,否则,就会给住户或消防人员造成伤害,对施救工作造成巨大的困难。
    5. Fire: high rise buildings have higher fire rating requirements than multi-storey buildings. The insulation layer of high-rise buildings should have better fire resistance function, and should have the characteristics of preventing fire spread and smoke or toxic gas release in case of fire. The strength and volume of materials should not be reduced too much, and the surface layer should not burst or collapse. Otherwise, the fire resistance of high-rise buildings should be improved, It will cause harm to residents or firefighters, and cause great difficulties to rescue work.
    所以主要导致外墙保温装饰板老化的原因是以上这几个因素,从而大家在使用或者储存的过程中,要特别注意对板材的保护,以免因为各种各样的原因造成产品的老化。
