防火板是一种高压层积板又称耐火板，防火板主要原料为硅质材料或者钙质材料为并了加入一定量的纤维材料、轻质骨料、黏合剂和化学添加剂混合制成的表面装饰的耐火建材，不存在老化问题，也不易风化。

　　1. Mineral wool board, glass wool board

　　主要以矿棉、玻璃棉为隔热材料。其本身不燃、耐高温性能好、质轻，但不足之处有：

　　Mainly using mineral wool and glass wool as insulation materials. It is non combustible, has good high-temperature resistance, and is lightweight, but its shortcomings include:

　　①短纤维对人体呼吸系统会造成危害；

　　① Short fibers can cause harm to the human respiratory system;

　　②板材强度差；

　　② Poor board strength;

　　③板材对火灾烟气蔓延的阻隔性能差；

　　③ The board has poor barrier performance against the spread of fire smoke;

　　④装饰性差。

　　④ Poor decorative quality.

　　⑤安装施工工作量大。因此，该种板材现已大部分演变成以无机粘结材料为基材，矿棉、玻璃棉作为增强材料的板材。

　　2、珍珠岩板、漂珠板、蛭石板

　　是以低碱度水泥为基材，珍珠岩、玻璃微珠、蛭石为加气填充材料，再添加一些助剂复合而制成的空心板材。

　　It is a hollow board made by compounding low alkalinity cement as the base material, perlite, glass microbeads, and vermiculite as aerated filling materials, and adding some additives.

　　具有自重轻、强度高、韧性好、防火隔热、施工方便等特点，可广泛应用于高层框架建筑物分室、分户、卫生间、厨房、通讯管等非承重部位。

　　It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, good toughness, fire insulation, and convenient construction, and can be widely used in non load-bearing parts of high-rise frame buildings such as compartments, households, bathrooms, kitchens, and communication pipes.

　　3、防火石膏板材

　　从石膏的防火性能被广泛接受以来，以石膏为基材的防火板材发展很快。该板材主要成分不燃且含有结晶水，耐火性能较好。

　　可用作隔墙、吊顶和屋面板等。该板材原料来源丰富，便于工厂定型化生产。在使用中，它自重较轻，可以减轻建筑承重，且加工容易，可锯可刨，施工方便，装饰性好，但它的抗折性能较差。

　　Can be used as partition walls, ceilings, and roof panels, etc. This board has a rich source of raw materials, making it easy for the factory to standardize production. In use, it has a relatively light weight, which can reduce the building's load-bearing capacity, and is easy to process. It can be sawn and planed, making construction convenient and decorative. However, its flexural performance is poor.
